Refund Policy

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

Congressional Trader Pro is available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. The current founding-member monthly offer is $15/month, and annual Pro is $120/year ($10/month equivalent). We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at info@moonveil.ai for a full refund of that initial charge. Eligibility applies only to the first paid subscription on the account; renewal charges and later re-subscriptions are excluded.

After the 7-day period, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of a monthly or annual subscription period. When you cancel, you will retain Pro access through the end of your current paid period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account page and clicking "Manage Billing." This will open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, update payment details, or download invoices.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period, please contact us and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fair treatment of all customers.
